Saturday, June 24, 2006went to meet them for lunch at around 12. they intended to go to the treetop walk at venus drive. around the thompson road area. hahas. after looking at the distance we had to walk to come out from the other exit, we decided not to go. instead, my cous and his dad tried their luck catching some fish with nets in the nature reserve's stream. LOL. it was so funny. took a 7 minute vid of them trying to catch some but to no avail.
went to upper pierce resevoir after that. saw lotsa monkeys. so cute sia. i went to disturb them. lol. so fun. x) went fishing again. hahas. this time, i tried my hand at it. not bad considering i caught 2 fishes and 2 baby prawns. x) there were people there catching tiny lobsters. that was kinda cool. lol. saw a couple of squirrels there too. very agile sia. leaping from tree to tree. lay some mats at some part at the back of the resevoir which was like paradise. very nice place. quiet and windy. my cousin's dad managed to fly a kite and release the whole bundle of string. the kite flew super uber high. i was like so "wow"ed by it lah. 1st time i see kite fly so high. lols. pro sia. spent the rest of the day relaxing there and went home after that.
